An automatic vacuum-controlled chain lubrication system. Chain life is increased by up to 7 times. The chain is virtually maintenance free and the maintenance effort is significantly reduced. The vSystem is easy to install and can be mounted on almost all models. The optimised system is tested in both summer and winter. The dispensing unit can be screwed or glued reliably with the Omega bracket under the swingarm. The standard tank is sufficient depending on the configuration for more than 1000 km. how does the Scottoiler work? The Scottoiler vSystem is vacuum-controlled. When the engine is running, a negative pressure is created. This lifts a diaphragm, which in turn opens the valve. While the valve is open, oil flows through the delivery hose into the chain due to gravity on the rear sprocket. The amount of oil is controlled by adjusting the valve. It is not a pump.
