What does the SDE do
The SD Eliminator emulates the electrical characteristics of the original steering damper, so the ECU does not detect any changes and therefore does not display the "FI" error.
The unit is really compact (14x40mm) and lightweight (17g) and just needs to be plugged directly into the bike's original connector to remove the error, no cutting or soldering required.
Each of the SDE units is designed for a specific range of bikes and comes prepared with the correct connector to ensure a 100% "Plug & Play" installation.
The SD Eliminator is 100% waterproof and has a two year warranty.
Installation
Plug the SDE into the original shock connector and secure with cable ties.
